Mat Pilates Class with Rachel

Tuesday & Thursday 4pm Wednesday 9am Saturday 10am

This Vinyasa style class focuses on building dynamic body control and awareness. Accessible for all levels, including beginners, this class aims to establish a stable foundation of strength, balance and flexibility as we work progressively towards more intermediate and advanced yoga poses that unlock the barriers to free movement.

One of the purposes of this class is to help the student build an easy to maintain daily practice that will augment and maximize the benefits from classes.

Resistance Training Class

It also helps prevent injuries by strengthening connective tissues and supporting proper joint function. FIRST TIME?

What To Bring These optional items will help you have a comfortable and effective workout.

  • Mat: We provide mats, but bringing your own ensures cleanliness and comfort.

  • Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is crucial, so keep a water bottle handy.

  • Towel: A small towel can be useful for wiping away sweat during the session.

  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear form-fitting, stretchy clothes that allow for a full range of motion. Avoid baggy clothing as it can hinder movement and make it difficult for the instructor to check your form.

  • Grippy Socks: Please no bare feet. Bring a pair of grip socks to prevent slipping.

  • Personal Hygiene Items: Items like deodorant and hand sanitizer can help you feel fresh and clean

Align & flow with Madi

Thursday 6pm

Experience a blend of proper alignment and smooth movement in our Align & Flow yoga class. This class helps participants practice poses that boost physical health and deepen their awareness of body mechanics and balance.

About the Class: This Yoga class focuses on the principles of alignment to improve your strength, flexibility, and well-being. The Align and Flow class is for all skill levels and helps you refine your practice, build a solid foundation, and enjoy a meditative flow by connecting movement with breath.

What to Expect: In this class, our skilled instructors will guide you through mindful movement. You'll focus on the details of each pose and see how good alignment helps your body. As you move through the sequence, you'll gain a better awareness of your body, strengthening the connection between your mind and body.

Basic Beginners Yoga with Susanna

Beginner series yoga classes -All levels welcome

We’ll explore the fundamentals of yoga asanas and breathing techniques in a safe and supportive environment.

This class will focus on the alignment and use of props to enhance the practice. It is designed to be engaging and equally suitable for someone who is completely new to the yoga practice or someone who would like to enhance their practice. 

Come and join with the curious mind and be ready to have fun, play and break the sweat while moving through the gentle poses.
