Comfortable Clothing: Wear form-fitting, stretchy clothes that allow for a full range of motion. Avoid baggy clothing as it can hinder movement and make it difficult for the instructor to check your form.
Grippy Socks: Please no bare feet. Bring a pair of grip socks to prevent slipping or we have them available for purchase.
