Note about class levels: Please understand the importance of developing strength and proper technique to succeed in aerial arts classes. If you are unsure about your level, please sign up for a beginner class so that an instructor can help assess your current abilities. If you are not sure, please email us and we can help!
Beginner:
For the student new to aerial arts who is building strength and learning basic skills. Please ask your instructor if you are able to move to the next level.
