Sanctuary Rock Guides – Outdoor Climbing Instruction
Join the Sanctuary Rock Guides for a day of climbing at selected areas of Pinnacles National Monument. Our qualified staff will assist you in achieving your outdoor climbing goals. Whether your interest is purely recreational or you are interested in pushing your climbing career with an advanced skill set, we have the guide to fit your needs. We utilize qualified local guides with ample experience climbing at Pinnacles N.M. A typical day on the rocks may involve top-rope climbing, rappelling, anchoring skills, guide book basics (reading route topos), outdoor etiquette or following an experienced leader up a difficult route you have been dreaming of doing.
Lead guide Charles Schrammel is a Wilderness First Responder certified through the Wilderness Medicine Institute of the National Outdoor Leadership School.
- Members – $125 per person per day, min 4 people, max 8
- Non-Members – $175 per person per day, min 4 people, max 8.
Gear package of shoes/harness/chalk-bag is $25 for the day, SRG provides helmets free of charge.
