NOTICE: Our Auto-Belays are on their yearly cycle of maintenance so we are down to just one. The other one should be back from its tune-up by the end of the month. One has already been done, check out the nice new carabiner they installed on it for us, safe!
Pinnacles National Park Guided Trips - Join us for a full day of climbing on the West Side of Pinnacles NP, with SRG Guides. Learn how to adapt your Gym strength to climbing on the real stone, skills taught include, How to read a Guidebook, Outdoor etiquette, Top-rope Climbing, Basic Anchor Building, route-finding and more. If you have never been rock climbing on real stone, join us for an unforgettable experience!
Bonus: The Wild Condors are out on the West Side and have been regularly spotted for the last few weeks, some sitting quite close, and some just flying by!
Upstairs - The new Campus Board is installed and looking large and steep. Campus rungs are up and we have added some feet to the base to deaden the shock for those climbers new to campusing.
Downstairs - The final structural welding is DONE. The surface plywood will arrive next and we will start nailing wood to steel, then there is t-nuts to deal with, and the finish coat. We are also looking at a few new one Ton bags of shredded rubber and maybe a crash pad or two. There is still a lot of work to be done, but the wait will be worth it, stay tuned!
